If you have received a property review letter from us, you can log into your council tax account online to complete a:
- a student exemption review, or
- single person discount review.
You will need your 8 digit account number. This can be found on your council tax bill.
Please make sure you enter your first name, last name, and postcode exactly how they appear on your bill.
Unfortunately, if your council tax account is in the name of a company or property agent, you cannot access information through council tax online.
Please use the council tax contact form to submit your query instead.
