Set up or change a direct debit

You can log into your council tax account online to set up or change a Direct Debit.

You will need your 8 digit account number. This can be found on your council tax bill.

Please make sure you enter your first name, last name, and postcode exactly how they appear on your bill.

Unfortunately, if your council tax account is in the name of a company or property agent you will not be able to access information through council tax online.

Please use the council tax contact form to submit your query instead.
