You can make payments using any of the methods below:
Set up a Direct Debit
Setting up a direct debit to pay your Business Rate bill is quick and easy. We offer four payment dates, and you can opt to pay over 12 months.
Download and completea direct debit application form (PDF, 84 KB) or complete the direct debit mandate found on the back of your Business Rate bill.
Alternatively contact the Council on 029 2087 1491.

Pay online
Use our secure online payment system to pay your Business Rates.
Please remember to have your account number and payment details to hand. Your account number is 11 digits long starting with a 1.
Automated telephone payment
You can use a debit or credit card to pay over the phone. This is a 24 hour automated payments system.
You wll need to have the following to hand before you call:
- your Business Rates account number,
- your Debit or Credit Card, and
- the amount you want to pay.
Phone 029 2044 5900. Follow the prompts to make your payment.
Bank transfer
Please quote your 11 digit rate account reference with any payment.
