Warm Wales offer a free and impartial energy advice and support service.
As part of this service, Warm Wales will check your eligibility and suitability for ECO4 and GBIS LA Flex, and other energy efficiency schemes.

The Energy Company Obligation (ECO4) and The Great British Insulation Scheme (GBIS)
If you own or privately rent your home, you could get funding for energy efficiency improvements if:
- you are on a low income, or
- have a health condition that could be made worse by living in a cold home, or
- your home is an A to D council tax band.

Nest - Welsh Government warm homes scheme
The Welsh Government Warm Homes Nest scheme makes Welsh homes warmer and more energy efficient places to live.
Nest can provide all households in Wales with free, impartial advice to help you:
- reduce your energy bills,
- maximise your income, and
- lower your carbon footprint.
You could also be eligible for free home energy efficiency improvements such as:
- insulation,
- a heat pump,
- solar panels, or
- boiler repairs or replacements (for eligible households only).

Green Homes Wales
If you own your home, you could get an interest-free loan between £1,000 and £25,000 for energy efficiency measures through the Welsh Government's Green Homes Wales scheme, with repayment terms up to 10 years.
