Our secure cycle lockers have now been in place for 12 months, and we are looking for feedback on these facilities. This survey is aimed at both users and non-users of the lockers in Cardiff. We want to hear your views and suggestions to help improve the service and support active travel in the city.
Please note, this survey relates only to the secure cycle lockers in the city centre that are charged at £1.50 per day via the Spokesafe and BikeDok applications. It does not relate to residential cycle hangars.
