You should be aware that you will be charged for lost or stolen wheelie bins.
- A new black wheelie bin costs £25.
- A new green wheelie bin costs £35.

If your bin has fallen into our vehicle
If your bin falls into the back of one of our collection vehicles, we will post a card through your letterbox to let you know what has happened.
We aim to replace the bin before your next scheduled collection.
You do not need to contact us.
If we have damaged your bin
If we have caused damage to your bin during collection, we will put a sticker on the bin to let you know that a replacement is on the way.

While you are waiting for your new bin please leave your damaged bin out for collection. We will take it away when we deliver your new bin.
