The Community Covenant Grant Scheme is a grant given by the government to fund local projects that will benefit the armed forces and the community.
Applications for funding can be submitted by any part of the community, for example:
- Volunteer groups
- Charities
- Public bodies
- Private bodies
The local Armed Forces Community Covenant Governance Board will consider all applications for grants. They will then submit applications that they are happy to endorse to the Community Covenant Grant Scheme regional panels for consideration.
The panels will consider each application against their priorities and eligibility criteria.
