You can:
- Download the MiPermit app (search MiPermit in your app store)
- Visit the MiPermit website
- Call MiPermit on 0300 123 6006
- Use cash or card at the ticket machine
If you get your ticket in advance with MiPermit, this does not guarantee a parking space.

30 minutes free parking
In some of our car parks, the first 30 minutes of parking is free.
You will still need to get a ticket at a ticket machine or use the MiPermit app or website.
Blue badge parking
If you have a valid Blue Badge, you can park for free in all our car parks. On event days parking tariffs may vary and will apply to all car park users. For event information please check travel advice for major events.
You must always display a valid Blue Badge.
What to do if a ticket machine is not working
A fault with a machine is not a valid reason to not get a ticket.
You will still need to get your ticket using another method.
You may receive a Penalty Charge Notice if you do not.
Penalty Charge Notices (parking fines)
We issue Penalty Charge Notices if you do not have a valid ticket for the car park.
It is always recommended that you carefully read the information that may be found on any signs or ticket machines in the car park.
