Most bus services across Cardiff are provided by commercial bus operators and the Council has no input or control of where or how these services operate. This is in line with the 1986 Transport Act that deregulated bus services.
You must submit your complaint about bus services to the relevant route operator. You can find a list of bus route operators on the Transport for Wales website.
