How to apply?
You can make a Highway Search request online . You will need to register first and then follow the link for "Highway Searches" from the drop down list.
All queries regarding the property being subject to any actual or deemed dedication as highway land or council land ownership need to be sent to [email protected] .

How much will it cost?
A fee of £146.57 per Highway Search (excluding VAT) which is non-refundable. Payment must be made by Debit or Credit card before the application can be processed.
What happens next?
When you submit your request it will first need to be assessed to ensure all the required details are complete. Once the Highway Search is complete, you will receive an email with the documents and cover letter.
