Our ChatBot is the latest addition to Cardiff Council’s range of contact channels, offering you more choice and a better customer experience.
What can BOBi help you with?
BOBi can help you with a variety of different services such as:
- Recycling and Waste
- Council Tax
- Schools
- Benefits and Grants
- Fines
- Elections
We are using your feedback and suggestions to introduce new services to our ChatBot.
You can ask questions such as:
- When are my bin or bags collected?
- Who is the councillor for my area?
- How do I pay a parking fine?
- How do I pay my Council Tax?
By choosing BOBi to answer your questions you will save yourself time and our contact centre staff can focus on more complex queries and sensitive issues.
Our ChatBot learns from the questions you ask. The more questions BOBi answers, the more helpful our ChatBot will be.
BOBi will appear at the bottom of our web pages. You will need to read the terms and conditions and accept them before starting a chat.
You can type your questions or click on options BOBi provides during the chat. If you would like to start again you can type ‘restart’ at any time.
You can minimise the chat window and come back to the chat at any time by clicking on BOBi.
Your conversation history will remain in the chat until you close your tab.
