The Friends 4 U Scheme offers friendship and support to young people between 7 and 18 years of age who are involved with Cardiff's children's services.
The scheme allows volunteers to give young people the chance to experience a wide range of activities such as sports and leisure with the hope that they will find something they enjoy and will carry on with after the involvement ends.
