The Carer’s emergency card shows that there is someone who relies on you and cannot manage without help.

In case of an accident, sudden illness or any other reason that makes you unable to return home and make your own arrangements, emergency and health services will notify your emergency contacts.

If no one can to take your place, emergency and social care services will arrange someone to take care of the person at risk.
