We are currently reviewing the supported collection service with the aim to make the following improvements in Spring 2022:
- Digital improvements to ensure drivers record all assisted collections on the in-cab devices
- Digital training for drivers and loaders
- A new internal complaint management process, so any issues can be resolved in a timely manner
