There are two types of services:

Temporary collection

This is a short term service for baby and infant nappies.

Once the year is over, we will contact you to see if you still need the service.

Permanent hygiene collection

This is a longer term service for children or adults with a long term health condition resulting in the use of incontinence pads.

We will contact you every 3 years to see if you still need the service.

To apply for a hygiene collection please complete and return a hygiene collection application form or call C2C on 029 2087 2087.

Your information pack and hygiene bags will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days of your successful application.

Putting your hygiene waste out for collection

Put your yellow hygiene bags on the kerb for collection. Or we can arrange with you to collect from a discreet location. Check your collection day.

We will provide you with replacement hygiene bags each time we collect, and these will be posted through your door unless you have asked us to leave them somewhere else.

If you miss your hygiene collection 4 times in a row, we will remove your property from the service. Should you need hygiene collections in future you will need to re-register for the service.
