Cardiff Council is preparing the following draft Supplementary Planning Guidance (SPG) to the adopted Cardiff Local Development Plan (adopted January 2016):


Adraft version of this SPG has been produced for public consultation, and when approved, will represent a material consideration in the determination of any planning applications.


Copies are also available for inspection at the Council Offices, County Hall, Cardiff, CF10 4UW and at all public libraries in the city during their normal opening hours.
