Matters Arising Changes

Cardiff Council have consulted on a number of proposed changes to the Deposit LDP that have emerged as a result of matters arising from the Hearing Sessions of the Examination. These are called Matters Arising Changes (MACs).

In June 2015 the Council consulted on the Matters Arising Changes Schedule (May2015) and in October 2015 on an Additional Matters Arising Changes Schedule.

All representations on the Matters Arising Changes Schedule and the Additional Matters Arising Changes Schedule have been forwarded to the Inspectors for consideration.

You can view the Matters Arising Changes documents and consultation responses for both the May and October MAC consultations below.
