The supply, location, cost and appropriate enforcement of parking can have a major effect on behaviour, traffic movement, growth, congestion, efficient public transport services, the local economy and people’s health and wellbeing.

The document has an ‘interactive map’ of parking at page 13. This shows the availability of different types of parking, and the new proposed ‘buffer’ areas around the city where the focus will be on making sure that our residents are not disadvantaged by commuter parking.
