Active Core


 

Core exercise are exercises that focus on either the stabilisation, endurance or strengthening of the core muscles. This is targeted through our Pilates and Fitball Classes.

Active Energy

Active Spirit


 

Spirit classes help to alleviate day to day stresses by refocusing and rebalancing energy levels. Classes include Yoga and Fitness Yoga.
