Assisted Home Ownership

In view of the current Coronavirus outbreak and to prepare for potential employee home working, the following changes have been introduced to the Assisted Home Ownership Scheme with immediate effect and until further notice:

  • Registrations – Registration onto the scheme can now only be accepted via the online form (under Register for the Scheme).
  • Application submissions – Applications for properties will now only be accepted via email. To confirm, submissions made in person or via the post will not be accepted.
  • New Developments –Individual site visits will only be arranged at the discretion of the house builder.  Applicants can still, however, visit onsite show homes, if they are still open.
  • Resale Viewings – Appointments will still be arranged for resale properties if requested, however, council representatives will no longer attend.  Viewings will be carried out by owners.
  • Telephone Enquiries – In the event of staff home working, the number below will still be available.

As this is an evolving situation, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your co-operation at this time.
