Assisted Home Ownership

​If you are a first time buyer you could take advantage of our Assisted Home Ownership Scheme for first time buyers.
 
 

An exciting new development programme built in partnership between Cardiff Council and Wates Residential, will be delivering new homes for sale on the open market as well as council homes for rent on various sites throughout Cardiff. 

A number of properties will also be available for purchase via the Assisted Home Ownership scheme.
