Cardiff Youth Service is offering free health and exercise classes for young people, during the summer holidays at ION Llanishen and ION Space 2B in Splott.
The ION StrongKidz Program aims to make exercise accessible during the summer holidays and introduce them to the benefit of exercise to improve health and wellbeing and to encourage them to take part in a series of bespoke workouts.
It is first come, first served with limited spaces available, so we ask that people only book on if the young person is certain to attend.
The booking system will be live every Friday for the following week.
