Cardiff Council

Employee Networks

Cardiff Council has a number of employee groups as a way of supporting employees and enabling them to improve the way Cardiff Council works as an employer.

The four employee networks all make a positive contribution to the culture of Cardiff Council, while also letting employees know that there is support and help available should they need to access it.
