What if I think my rateable value is wrong

Your rateable value represents the rental value of your property as at 1 April 2008. In order for a change to be made, you need to be able to demonstrate why you think the valuation is wrong.

 The Valuation Office Agency gives you full details on what you need to do. You can also check valuations of other properties and compare them to yours.
