C2C will transact direct the following service applications:

- Bulky refuse collection requests
- Free school meals applications
- Paying your council bills

- Street light repairs
- Surveys & consultation
- Special events/ news hotline
- General Council enquiries
Where it cannot provide a Direct service C2C will "signpost" customers to the appropriate Service Area in a seamless transfer.
Open Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 7:00 pm and 9am to 12:30pm on Saturdays.
