Direct service delivery

C2C will transact direct the following service applications:

  • Abandoned vehicle reports
  • Bulky refuse collection requests
  • Free school meals applications
  • Paying your council bills
  • Disabled badge applications
  • Complaints
  • Job applications
  • Street light repairs
  • Surveys & consultation
  • Special events/ news hotline
  • General Council enquiries

Where it cannot provide a Direct service C2C will "signpost" customers to the appropriate Service Area in a seamless transfer.

Open Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 7:00 pm and 9am to 12:30pm on Saturdays.
