If you have an item at home that is too large for you to bring to a
recycling centre, you can arrange for us to collect it from your property.
There is a £5 booking fee for all collections. This fee is non-refundable.
For us to collect your item, it must be:
- too large and awkward to fit in your car, or
- not safe for one person to carry it.

Collection charges
- 1 to 2 items - £12.50
- 3 to 4 items - £25.00
- 5 to 6 items - £37.50
Items we collect
- large electrical appliances,
- UPVC windows and frames,
- metal items,
- white goods,
- items made from wood, MDF or laminate,
- carpets,
- ceramic, tile or stone items,
- divan bed bases,
- sofas and armchairs,
- memory foam or spring mattresses,
- furniture made from a mixture of materials such as a wooden cabinet with glass doors, and
- hard plastics.
Items we cannot collect
- small electrical appliances,
- pianos,
- asbestos,
- garden waste,
- soil and rubble, and
- bikes.

Book a collection
You can book a maximum of 6 items.
Make sure the collection of this item is absolutely necessary, and you place it in the location stated in your booking.

registered waste carrier supplier to make sure they dispose it legally.

Amending your booking
You can swap items up until 2pm, 1 working day before your collection.
Cancelling your booking
Bookings must be cancelled 5 working days before the collection date to get a refund.
The £5 booking fee for all collections is non-refundable.
