We currently offer two schemes for landlords:
- Cardiff Council’s own Private Rented Sector Scheme
- Welsh Government funded Private Rented Sector Leasing Scheme
Both schemes offer a number of services; it is just a matter of deciding which scheme you feel would benefit you the most.
Through feedback from private landlords, we have developed a package of benefits which support both the landlord and tenant during the lifetime of the tenancy.
