The Covid-19 lockdown has caused a backlog of applications. We are working through this as fast as we can, but there is currently a 6-8 week delay in processing new applications.
In the meantime, please can you make sure you have done the following:
- If you or an exchange partner are a housing association tenant or a tenant who lives outside of Cardiff, please provide us with a letter or an email form your landlord to say that they are proceeding with exchanges at this time.
- Please make sure your rent account is cleared
- Make sure your property is in good condition for inspection. All inspections will be taking place via WhatsApp so please ensure you have this app downloaded on your smart phone. If you do not have a smart phone, please let us know this when you apply for an exchange.
